carefully prepares their package and check the status of the item/s purchased before shipping.
If the item/s didn't satisfy your expectation you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date.

All costs for shipping the return shall be borne by the customer and they won’t be refunded.
The customer has to use a tracked shipping method, otherwise in case of loss we decline any responsibility. 

You can ask for a Refund or a Replacement for the returned item/s. 

If you received a damaged item, the damage must be notified in advance via email with attached pictures of the issue.
In case we receive a damaged item without notice, we’ll refuse the return.

Please note: The item/s must be returned with the original package and tags. We’re free to accept or deny any order which doesn’t suit our terms. We will only accept returns delivered with the Return Module completely filled, otherwise the return won't be accepted.
